Peptide Therapy – Phoenix, AZ

Peptide therapy has increased in popularity in recent years. Peptides are naturally occurring amino acids that offer a variety of benefits. They can resolve hormone imbalances, boost energy, enhance mental clarity, reduce inflammation, and so much more.

Here at Elite, we are pleased to offer peptide therapy to men and women from all walks of life. Once we learn more about your symptoms and goals, we can recommend the ideal peptides.

Anti-aging protocol

CJC1295/Ipamorelin Protocol

Benefits May Include

  • Promotes lipolysis
  • Improves sleep quality
  • Increased energy
  • Increased endurance
  • Improved cellular repair
  • Increased IGF-1
  • Increased bone density
  • Accelerated injury recovery
  • Improved immune system
  • Increased protein synthesis
  • Increase in lean body mass
  • Increased collagen production
  • Increase in lean body mass
  • Less appetite stimulation
  • This means increased protein synthesis thus promoting growth and fat loss simultaneously. Ipamorelin mimics ghrelin and binds to the ghrelin receptor (or GH secretagogue receptor, GHSR) in the brain, thereby selectively stimulating the release of GH from the pituitary gland. This results in increased plasma GH levels, which would affect many biological processes. Unlike other GH releasing peptides, Ipamorelin only stimulates GH release. This combination results in a great aid for sleep, energy, stamina and recovery benefits.

    GHK-Cu/KPV/Ascorbic Acid

GHK (glycyl-l-histidyl-l-lysine) has multiple biological actions, all of which, according to our current knowledge, appear to be health positive. It stimulates blood vessel and nerve outgrowth, increases collagen, elastin, and glycosaminoglycan synthesis, as well as supports the function of dermal fibroblasts. GHK’s ability to improve tissue repair has been demonstrated for skin, lung connective tissue, boney tissue, liver, and stomach lining. GHK has also been found to possess powerful cell protective actions, such as multiple anti-cancer activities and anti-inflammatory actions, lung protection and restoration of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) fibroblasts, suppression of molecules thought to accelerate the diseases of aging such as NFκB, anti-anxiety, anti-pain and anti-aggression activities, DNA repair, and activation of cell cleansing via the proteasome system. Recent genetic data may explain such diverse protective and healing actions of one molecule, revealing multiple biochemical pathways regulated by GHK.

    Benefits May Include

  • Can treat a wide variety of inflammatory conditions
  • Can strengthen the immune system
  • Can acts as an anti-microbial
  • Can improve skin health
  • Used in healing wounds & injuries
  • Helps with gut health, Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (IBD) and colitis
  • KPV is a potent anti-inflammatory peptide that can help many conditions. Most of the research involved is targeting the treatment of IBD (irritable bowel disease) where results have been very positive. KPV is shown to be safe when administered orally, subcutaneously and topically. KPV is a naturally derived peptide without any notable side effects. Research has shown that KPV offers a host of benefits that speed wound healing, reduce infection and fight inflammation.

Leucine supplementation has been shown to prevent high-fat diet (HFD)-induced obesity, hyperglycemia, and dyslipidemia. Recent studies suggest that activation of Sirtuin 1 (SIRT1) is an important mechanism to maintain energy and metabolic homeostasis.

    WEIGHT-LOSS protocol

    Benefits May Include

  • Promotes lipolysis
  • Improves blood sugar levels in adults with Type 2 diabetes
  • Lowers A1C
  • Cardiovascular benefits – lowers risk of cardiovascular events such as heart attacks & strokes
  • Lowers BMI
  • Plaque hemorrhage is reduced
  • Helps pancreatic insulin release to lower glucose levels in the bloodstream
  • The FDA (United States Food and Drug Administration) more recently approved Ozempic as a prescription weight loss aid. Its approval has already improved the lives of chronically overweight patients.

Ozempic is a peptide (GLP-1) analog as an FDA approved treatment method for improving glycemic control in patients with Type 2 diabetes. It increases insulin secretion, which is good for diabetes. At higher doses, it can act on centers in the brain and help suppress appetite. Used in conjunction with lifestyle changes and a reduced-calorie diet, Ozempic can have a very successful outcome with weight loss and lowering high blood pressure. Studies show that Ozempic can reduce appetite, improve control of eating, and reduce food cravings in addition to improved glycemic control. Some studies show negative side effects may include nausea, diarrhea and even vomiting decrease nausea effect.

    Benefits May Include

  • Improves endogenous NAD+ Utilization
  • Caloric restriction mimetic
  • Exercise mimetic
  • Increase mitochondrial biogenesis Increase fat oxidation
  • Decreased Insulin resistance
  • Activation of SIRT1 and AMPK
  • LeuSynergy is a peptide-enhancing supplement that activates proteins called SIRTUINS by enhancing the cell’s use of the longevity molecule NAD+. This compound works specifically on SIRT-1 to control cell signaling to improve fat oxidation and mitochondrial density, enhance the internal antioxidant system and decrease inflammation. LeuSynergy mimics the same pathways associated with exercise and calorie restriction. This combination of amino acids and polyphenols enhances glucose control, fat loss, and energy.

Tesofensine is a serotonin-noradrenaline-dopamine reuptake inhibitor which was originally studied for its effect on Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s. Unfortunately, its exploration for these indications were limited because the research subjects starting losing too much weight. Since then, tesofensine has been studied as a way to treat obesity via its ability to reduce appetite. This molecular compound indirectly stimulates the cholinergic system and showed to be more successful than other weight loss agents. Tesofensine (TE) increases transmission of 3 monoaminergic neurotransmitters in the brain. These neurotransmitters are serotonin, and dopamine which help regulate energy balance and are linked to obesity and depression. On average, its 6-month weight loss results from a phase 2b clinical trial resulted in a weight loss of around 25 pounds. TE research has shown a pronounced effect on appetite sensations and a slight effect on energy expenditure. Both effects can contribute to the strong weight reducing effect.

5-Amino-1MQ is a small, selective, membrane permeable molecule that is an NNMT inhibitor, and an ideal ingredient for anti-obesity medication. 5-amino-1MQ is a derivative of methylquinolinium (MQ) which has exhibited a high efficacy in NNMT inhibition, cell viability, and membrane permeability. This NNMT inhibitor could be used to prevent adipogenesis and type II diabetes, and reverse diet-induced obesity as a result of increased intracellular NAD+ and SAM.
5-Amino-1MQ taken in conjunction with a low calorie or ketogenic diet can result in increase fat burning/body fat consumption over time. It is recommended to commit to 2-3 months of 5-Amino to see results. Consume once per day in the morning.
    Hair loss

    Hair loss protocol

Improves hair regeneration by stimulating and promoting blood vessel/nerve outgrowth and increasing hair growth/thickness and enlarging hair follicle size respectively.

    Zinc Thymulin

Initiates the anagen hair growth phase (the active growth phase of hair follicles).

    PTD-DBM  Foam

Promotes the growth of new hair follicles. It also inhibits the loss of already grown hair.
