Ramyar Torabi

American Board of Ophthalmology Board Certified

Ramyar Torabi, MD, is board-certified in Ophthalmology and specializes in oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery. He was raised in Rhode Island and attended Providence College. He later obtained his master’s degree in medical sciences at Boston University, and he finished medical school at Eastern Virginia Medical School.

His interests have always been directed at facial reconstruction and cosmetics, which led him to complete his residency training in Ophthalmology at the University of Arizona in Tucson.  He then pursued a prestigious fellowship in Oculofacial and Orbital surgery at Duke University. While there, he encountered a breadth of pathology and perfected his craft in oculofacial plastic surgery.

Whether seeking cosmetic enhancements or functional improvements, oculofacial surgery requires an experienced hand and an eye for detail. Dr. Torabi has trained extensively and strives to provide patients with the best functional, cosmetic, and reconstructive outcomes.

He prides himself on always being available for patients throughout their care while ensuring patients have appropriate communication and understanding of their treatment plans. The most rewarding aspect of his job is seeing his patients happy with their results after procedures.
